LG designs is the creation of Laura Smith, who lives with her husband in Atlanta, GA. She has two grown children, one living in Atlanta, GA and one is in Washington, D.C.

Laura began designing jewelry as a creative outlet 8 years ago. She was a natural after being a buyer for Rich’s (now Macy’s) for years, and managing her own retail establishments. Originally she created jewelry for herself. But, to her delight the demands for jewelry from friends and family grew into a full-time job. Laura loves creating truly unique pieces that make a statement – yet, are affordable. Laura is fortunate to travel often, and makes a point of picking up uniques pieces, stones and pendants from all over the world. She uses these semi-precious stones, pearls and crystals to create eye-catching pieces.
